Deployment checklist

1. Convex — Deploy schema and functions. Set NEXT_PUBLIC_CONVEX_URL.
2. Clerk — Configure JWT issuer domain for Convex auth.
3. Inngest — Point Inngest to your production URL (https://yourapp.com/api/inngest).
4. Google AI — Add API key to deployment secrets.
5. Resend — Add API key for email sending.
6. Social platforms — Add publishing tokens for each platform you want to support.
7. Monitoring — Set up alerting for Inngest failures and Convex function errors.

Production notes

• Inngest retries are configured at the function level (default: 3 retries).
• Publishing failures are per-platform — a failure on one platform does not block others.
• All errors are logged to the contentProjects.error field for debugging.
